This service is now a drop-off service with a 24 to 72-hour turnaround to allow adequate time for us to take care of your boots. Please limit boots to 3 pairs per customer at a time. We encourage you to call the store before you drop by to double-check they have capacity and to avoid disappointment.
1. Select “Store/Local Pickup” as your shipping method, and we will ship your order to your selected Australian Boot Company Store.
2. When your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from us indicating when your item will be ready for pickup.
3. Please follow pick up instructions when you arrive at your confirmed location.
No problem! You can return your boots for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn, damaged, treated with any kind of protectant, polish or conditioner, washed or altered. Please do not remove any tags and be sure to return them with all packing materials.
